Using VLC Media Player Version 3.0.16 Vetinari (Intel64), on Mac OS 10.14.6 Mojave, updated on 7-29-21. I never thought it would be this difficult to loop a simple mp3 or mp4. Why should the version I am trying to use be so completely different and so bereft of features? Hearing about all these supposedly wonderful easy-to-access features is beyond frustrating. As I said, I have no Advanced features box with which to use the AB loop, and the only playback features /toggles I am shown are the basic Play, Pause and Stop. In the Playback drop down there is an ‘AB Loop’ function that does not allow me to check it, and a ‘Repeat’ function that does nothing as well.
